The Iron Lady
Once again, Meryl Streep is awesome. And I'm not even that big a fan of hers. The movie tells a different story than what I thought it would. I went in thinking it would be a biographical tale, and it was a little bit. But about half the movie dealt with Margaret Thatcher as an old woman trying to deal with the grief of losing her husband as well as the daily struggles of getting older.

War Horse
This is pretty much what the trailer makes it out to be - which is a fabulous, epic movie by Steven Spielberg. I thought I would cry and didn't, so don't be afraid to go see it.

Hugo
Utterly charming and sweet. I believe this will be a best picture nominee. It was nice to see such a lovely movie from the normally dark Martin Scorsese.

No Strings Attached
This is a typical romantic comedy with really nothing original about it. The same story has been told a million times with just a slightly different backdrop.
The Artist
I always appreciate originality in movies, and this one has it in spades. It's a familiar story, but told as a silent film. I missed the dialogue, but appreciated the uniqueness. I have a new appreciation for silent film actors, having to tell a story with just expressions and movements.
Captain America
I watched this in 3D and the 3D didn't really add too much. I liked the WW II aspect to it and the tie-in to Stark Industries, but I saw glimpses of Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark in it.
